All orders are custom made and typically dispatched within 3 business days.
During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders via Australia Post from Slade Point, QLD.
Standard is available at checkout. For express shipping options please contact us or chose to pay via EFT and write in the notes “Quote for Express Freight”. We will then send you an invoice with the express freight.

We offer international shipping via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing and may take several weeks.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size using live rates from Australia Post.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $400.
This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including postal network delays, weather events, or peak periods.
Damaged or Lost Items
f your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can organise a replacement.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available from Slade Point, QLD.
You will be notified when your order is ready. Please arrange a collection time, as pickup is by appointment only.
