CARE
We have coated our Palm Leaf Wooden Coasters in a clear varnish for extra protection to makes it easier to clean. However unfortunately it does not make this product waterproof, so please avoid water around this product.

PRODUCTION
We are usually dispatched within 1-10 business days, once we’ve made them from our studio. For colours that are not in stock please allow and extra 1-10 days for the material to arrive. Most of the colours we do not keep in stock and will need to be ordered.

TERMS
By processing your order, you acknowledge that due to the nature of the timber, each plaque is unique and variations in darkness of etching results, or imperfections in the timber will vary. These variations are not considered as a fault, rather a unique piece of raw materials. Sometimes you may also see burn marks from the laser cutter, if you choose to have the artwork without any colours added.
