General
In these terms and conditions “we” and us means Laser Creator and “you” and “your” means you the customer. The Laser Creator website is owned and operated by Laser Creator (ABN 90 264 804 722).
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. This site is governed by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Compliance
By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or completing the registration process to become a member you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Laser Creator may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Ordering
We will cut and engrave vector files exactly how they have been sent to us. We do not take responsibility for pieces that doesn’t contain parts that won’t cut or etch well, fit together, are strong, comfortable to wear, have sizing issues or were not as you expected because there was a fault in the file or design.
Depending on the material, yes it can leave a slight burn mark especially around the edges and sometimes it can’t be avoided. We can apply an adhesive tape for a small fee; although it’s not guaranteed total prevention.
Please be aware that some pieces that are detailed will be fragile and should be designed accordingly. We take no responsibility for pieces that break when you wear or use them, this all needs to be considered when you design your product and if unsure please order a sample first.
We cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed and payment has been made.
In certain circumstances, your Order may be rejected, such as where the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site. If we reject an Order for Products placed through the Site, we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the Order or within a reasonable time after you submit your Order.
Once your order has been accepted and processed we will send you a confirmation email notifying you it has been sent along with the tracking details.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. There will also be a quote fee charge prior to issuing your quote.
Your Account
When you create an account with us we will store your name, address, email and phone number. This will be used to contact you regards to your order, populate the checkout for future orders.
Payment
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollar (unless you have selected to change currency) and can be paid for via credit card with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit Card (via Stripe). We also except Laser Creator gift vouchers, provided they have no expired. All orders must be paid for before the goods are dispatched. Failure to provide payment for an order may result in the order being cancelled.
We feel that all of our customers should feel safe when purchasing from our online store. Therefore, we have implemented a secure payment system to protect against fraudulent activity. In addition, we do not hold your credit card details after your order is complete, as they are submitted directly to our banks. If paying by debit or credit card, your account will be debited when you have completed Check Out.
Payments made by Paypal or Zippay are subject to their terms & conditions.
Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes
On the occasion, we will offer sales codes to be used on our online store. If you become a Laser Creator online customer, this entitles you to receive exclusive promotion offers other communications from time to time, including from our subsidiaries and affiliates. You may also receive exclusive offer from us in person at different event we attended or as a gift.
You can apply these codes at time of checkout in the ‘Add a Coupon Code’ box. Ensure that you’re entering the code exactly how it appears, and that it’s still within its validity dates.
Only 1 coupon code is redeemable per transitions and may not be used in conjunctions with any other offer, coupon, discount or promotions.
Subscription Coupon Code are only valid for full price products (excluding gift cards) and can only be used once per person.
Gift Vouchers
Gift voucher cannot be refunded and exchanged for money. Unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or design-related issues.

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within the required timeframes so we can assist.
Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch orders using Australia Post from Slade Point, QLD.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Pickup Orders
Payments for pickups do not differ from any other part of the business. We will send you an email confirming when your order is ready to be collected. Please contact to arrange a collection time, as our office may not be attended.
Pickups are to be collected at 70 Amhurst Street, Slade Point QLD
Intellectual Property
The designs you provide us, you obtain the Copyright and full rights of use (unless someone else owns it). This allows us the rights of use to make only the pieces requested. We will not display or distribute your designs files to any third party. We understand copyright and it won’t be breached.
We cannot use designs that you do not own the copyright or rights of use for (eg online images or photographs of a design). If you are in doubt please contact the creator for their terms. We use and recommended Google Inside Search (http://www.google.com.au/insidesearch/features/images/searchbyimage.html) to trace back images to the original creator.
Messaging
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Laser Creator. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Laser Creator. Laser Creator reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Laser Creator also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Laser Creator again, just sign up as you did the first time and Laser Creator will start sending messages to you again.

If we include a link in messages we send you from Laser Creator, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.
Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply \”STOP\” from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at hi@lasercreator.com.au. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The information we collect is only necessary for business purposes and we will not share any of your personal information you share with us. We do however reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by Australian law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
