Custom-Made Products

All Laser Creator products are custom-made to order.
Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect design choices

• Colour or material preferences

• Issues with customer-supplied files

Please ensure your design and selections are correct before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is:

• Faulty

• Damaged in transit

• Not as described

We will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Return Window

We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

You must contact us within:

• 24 hours for damaged items

• 30 days for faulty or incorrect items

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been approved and received (if required), refunds will be processed within 3–14 business days.

Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Fragile & Fine Designs

If your design includes very fine or delicate elements (e.g. thinner than 2mm), we cannot guarantee durability during handling or shipping. These are created at your own risk.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from your refund

• Refunds are processed once returned items (if required) are received
