PRODUCTION
Prior to cutting and during the design process, a proof will be supplied for your approval. We are usually dispatched within 1-7 business days, once approved. For colours that are not in stock please allow and extra 1-10 days for the material to arrive.

HANGING
We suggest using 3M picture hanging strips or Double-sided tape can be used. Holes can also be cut into the sign for specific mounting requirements, please message us if you require this. No mounting hardware is supplied.

PRODUCT CARE
For Acrylic material it is a strong material, but it can be scratched. Please take care when storing this product so it cannot come in contact with sharp objects. Use a soft cloth to clean the acrylic.

By processing your order, you acknowledge that due to the nature of the timber, each plaque is unique and variations in darkness of etching results, or imperfections in the timber will vary. These variations are not considered as a fault, rather a unique piece of raw materials. Please note we try our best to display all the colour options as accurately as possible, variations can occur depending on your screen’s device and the human eye.

Please note that we may thicken and join letters together in order for you to easily hang.
