How it works:
• Create your message or drawing in black on plain white paper (a fine point Sharpie is ideal)
• Take a clear photo or scan of your design
• We digitally prepare and convert your artwork for engraving
• Your design is engraved onto your chosen item with precision

Important Information:
• Designs must be done in black ink on white paper for best results
• Fine point markers (such as Sharpie) are recommended for clean line work
• BYO item – bottles, cups or mugs must be supplied by the customer
• Best results are achieved with clear, high-contrast images
• Fine details may be simplified slightly to suit engraving
• Steel items must have a coloured coating for engraving to show

• Hand wash recommended
• Avoid harsh scrubbing on engraved area
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
• Not microwave safe

Laser engraving is permanent and will not fade over time.

TERMS

• Customers must supply their own stainless steel bottle suitable for engraving
• Bottles must have a coloured coating for engraving to be visible
• All items must be collected once completed. We do not offer shipping
• Not all bottles are suitable. We will advise if your item cannot be engraved
• Please ensure all spelling and design details are correct before approval
• Custom orders cannot be changed once in production
• No refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless faulty
• Slight variations in placement and size may occur
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that are unsuitable for engraving
