PRODUCTION
Prior to engraving or printing, a proof will be supplied for your approval. We are usually have them engraved within 1-7 business days, once approved.

PRODUCT CARE

• Hand wash recommended
• Avoid harsh scrubbing on engraved area
• Do not use abrasive cleaners
• Not microwave safe

Laser engraving is permanent and will not fade over time.

TERMS

• Customers must supply their own stainless steel bottle suitable for engraving
• Bottles must have a coloured coating for engraving to be visible
• All items must be collected once completed. We do not offer shipping
• Not all bottles are suitable. We will advise if your item cannot be engraved
• Please ensure all spelling and design details are correct before approval
• Custom orders cannot be changed once in production
• No refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless faulty
• Slight variations in placement and size may occur
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that are unsuitable for engraving

Design Details: Tell us what social media links you would like to add. Also let us know how you would like your logo done if you have selected more than one colour. Plus any other information.

Please tell us in detail what you would like done and written. Please also tell us what font/s you would like us to use (see font options in the photos). If you wish to use your own font. Please Email the font file to designs@lasercreator.com.au

Send us your business logo as a vector file to designs@lasercreator.com.au if you cannot upload the file. If the file is not a vector file the please select for us to convert it for you.
