PRODUCTION
Prior to engraving or printing, a proof will be supplied for your approval. We are usually have them engraved within 1-7 business days, once approved.

PRODUCT CARE

• Hand wash only is recommended
• Do not soak for extended periods
• Avoid abrasive scrubbing or harsh chemicals
• Not dishwasher safe
• Do not place in microwave
• Handle with care to maintain print quality

UV printing is durable but should be treated with care to keep it looking its best.

TERMS

• Customers must supply their own suitable item for UV printing
• All items must be collected once completed. We do not offer shipping for this service
• Not all materials or coatings are suitable. We will advise if your item is not compatible
• Please ensure all spelling, dates, and design details are correct before submitting your order
• Custom designs will be produced exactly as approved and cannot be changed once in production
• As this is a personalised service, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty
• Image quality provided will affect the final result
• Slight variations in placement and colour may occur
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that are inappropriate or cannot be reproduced to a high standard
